Marquessa Thoughts

We've lived here for about 12 years and still going due to the struggle with finding a house that suits our needs. Living here at the Marquessa is convenient because it's close to work and various shops that make it comfortable and easy going. The landscape is nice and so is the exterior and interior of each apartment. The price is unbeatable as compared to Orange County and other surrounding apartment structures. I live on the first floor with a large master bedroom and a walk-in closet. It's a gated community, but the gate is often broken and left open. As a result you may have someone who is selling something, knock on your door. That's just a small negative, Parking can also be difficult sometimes if you get home late at night. Only one parking permit and one garage parking. The person who parks in the garage is not allowed a sticker parking permit. Parking is limited. The kitchen is very small which can make cooking frustrating. Overall I like living here. It's easy access to the 91 freeway.
