I lost $424 here. $300 was for a holding deposit and the rest was application fees. I expected the application fees to be nonrefundable, but they also kept my $300 deposit even though I never got an apartment. Other complexes refund deposits if you do not move forward or if management decides you do not qualify. Here they keep your money no matter what, even if they are the ones who decide you do not qualify outside their strict 72-hour window. The leasing agent told me I could qualify on my own, then backtracked and pushed me to add more income until I had to involve my husband. That dragged me out of the 72-hour window, which they then used to keep my deposit. On top of that, they excused their lack of communication by saying they are “understaffed,” yet other short-staffed complexes I have dealt with still answer calls. When I started backing out, instead of apologizing for the poor communication, they gave me a sob story about how they were “working hard to get the apartment nice and ready for me.” Meanwhile, I was expected to move in within 2 or 3 days without clear updates, likely rushing to set up utilities the same day just to meet their requirements. That is not professionalism. That is disorganization. They also showed they are willing to bend their own rules when it benefits them. Even though application fees are supposed to be collected at the time of application, they rolled my husband’s application fee into the deposit. They were willing to bend the rules for themselves, but not to do the right thing, which was refunding my money. If they had refunded my deposit, I would have left it alone. Instead, when I asked for even part of it back, they became hostile and accused me of being disrespectful, even though my emails were professional and to the point. That kind of treatment is unacceptable and it is why I am posting this review on every platform possible. Do not apply here unless you are prepared to potentially lose $300 or more

One11 is amazing! I have a pool view. I have the larger one bedroom and love it. The only negative are the Trains which can be noisy but they are in and out quick. Parking in the garage can be challenging if you have more than 1 car. Apt complex will only give 1 fab per occupant and this place is locked down pretty tight.
