There is a lot of noise coming from the surrounding neighborhood. This is not the residences fault, but does contribute to the overall noise level. The management and staff are fabulous, and extremely kind. Maintenance is fast and very knowledgeable. Parking is a huge problem. Extremely hard to find parking on the premises most of the time, and parking on the street as well.

Several years ago the maintenance was great, staff was extremely helpful, and the atmosphere was great. Now maintenance is lacking in knowledge. Staff in office doesn’t communicate well. The parking lot is terrible and the trash/furniture situation is horrendous. For the last month there has been piles of clinches, mattresses, and other large items taking up 2 parking spaces by the dumpsters. This place looks absolutely terrible and in inviting. There is trash all throughout the complex and the upkeep is nothing like it was in the past. Unfortunately the complex has gone downhill more in the last year.
