What others love about this property:
Very well maintained
Very nice, clean facility.the staff and maintenance are very helpful. Although you can rent a fridge and/or microwave for the price you pay for over 55 should be included. I ride a scooter so i would suggest more handicap curbs be available, they are few and far between. I have to give extra kudos to maintenance, especially Chris he goes anove and beyond. The management are cery helpful and friendly. It is a very safe community and i would highly recommend.
Good place to live.
I have lived here for approximately 3 years. It is located near everything which I like. Parking is a bit difficult at times. Overall It is a nice place to call home.
I love it here!!!
My living experience here at Casa Grande has really been wonderful. My mother and I moved in in 10/22. The grounds are always well kept and the gardens are beautiful. The staff is very friendly. Mom and I love our new manager, Loretta. We fill she will make lots of improvement in the day-to-day mood of the residence and help to reestablish events on a regular basis. Assistant Mng., Claudia, always so helpful, happy and loves to stop and chat with everyone is a great attribute to the Complex. Claudia, I believe actually knows everyone by their first name. I have had to have some small maintenance work done and I cannot say enough about the maintenance man Chris. He was here to help in minutes. Very professional and friendly. he stayed and completed the job in one day and even cleaned up after words. Yes, Mom and I love it here.
