Nice Place To Live
Have lived here for over 10 years. I have never had any problems that were not taken care of right away. With the change of ownership and mgmt, we are seeing improvements being made. These aparements were built in 1988. I was able to see construction, and this complex is better built then the newer complexes. The managers and office staff seem to be on top of things, along with the maintenance crew..We need to give the new team a chance to become familar with this large complex, and I believe the Improvements are going to be for the better. I am a satisfied tenant for over 10 years, have no plans on moving. I call this my home.
Peaceful Place
I've been pretty pleased with live here. Problems are usually addressed immediately. I'd like to have upgraded floors, carpet isn't good, harder to keep clean than wood floors. The front gate needs to be fixed. It's dangerous having to come in the out, because the key pad doesn't work and the gate was crashed into. Security is a massive plus. Without the gate security is less too many homeless digging through trash leaving messes. Ooh and dog poop not being picked up. Overall I've been happy.
