Overall the community is nice however updates could be made. Recommended changes not sharing utility bills, a paint refresh, a more convenient route to get from top level to bottom level consider a elevator in the future.

Overall good place to live. Wish the pool was open year round. More community activities would be nice. Rent is high for apartments not remodeled.

I have lived at Quail Hill for about 6 years and love it! Property Manger and Service Manager are they best and resolve issues quickly! I would very much recommend living here!

I have lived at Quail Hill for 3 years and this has been the best apartment living experience I have had. Cristina is the best! She looks out for her residents and complex making sure the premises are well taken care of. I do not have any complaints about Quail Hill. I do wish that my appliances could be updated to the new stainless steel appliances but as far as the property itself, I really love living here.

I started my lease a month before getting married and having my wife move in. It's a good size for a couple with no kids or pets. Just enough room for all of our belongings and then some. The manager is great to work with, quick to respond and to take action, neighbors are all friendly or at the very least, keep to themselves. There's plenty of parking for residents. I enjoy the pool/hot tub on hot days as the AC isn't the best. You can tell it's an older structure but appliances are updated and work great. I live on the side that's closest to the Moose Lodge which can be noisy from time to time with their loud music ( I don't mind it but not everybody would feel the same. I do love that we can walk to Denica's Kitchen within a few minutes! What I do worry about is accessibility for handicapped persons as I live downstairs and there's no other way to go up or down without using the stairs. Overall, my wife and I love this community and plan on staying for awhile.
