Diona is always available and responds to emails or maintenance requests immediately. Even small issues are treated as priorities. She makes the leasing process, and living here, a breeze. She is warm, friendly, and truly makes this place feel like a welcoming community. Any maintenance issue I've had was addressed iquickly The property itself is kept spotless and quiet.

I like it here, but I need some things upgraded and was told by management that they will not replace the carpet or paint the old cabinets. It has been over 7 years. But I continue to stay due to the convenience. And I can clean my own carpet.

I am a very happy resident approaching my 3rd year here. The apartments have updated appliances, well kempt grounds, two pools, numerous laundry rooms. The neighbors are quiet and diverse. The maintenance and property managers are attentive to our needs, kind and welcoming. We are centrally located with access to both 580 and 680 which make travel to both Oakland and Contra Costa County an easy commute. Downtown Castro Vally shopping, restaurants and community activities are all in the surrounding area, a 5 minute drive. On the border of Hayward, we have a quick 10 drive to mainstreet which is the central location for Haywards shopping, restaurants nightlife.

My adult son and I have lived here for a little over a year now. Between my disabilities and his physically demanding job, having a ground-floor apartment was a requirement. Not only were we able to find one at The Brook on Center, but it's very accessible and is a 2 bedroom/2bathroom. We were hoping for a 2x1.5, but 2x2 is perfect!
