I love living here. The location is great as well as all of my neighbors. I have my own parking space and rent is reasonable. Plant to stay here for the long haul as long as rent doesn't get to be too much.

We’ve been living in our current apartment for closento 5 years and could not be happier. The new owners/management are fantastic Especially the property manager, Maria. They truly care about the building and tenant satisfaction. Always handling maintanence requests promptly and truly fixing the problem. We love our 2b/2b apartment overlooking the park. Its a very safe and residential area with a lovely park right in front of the building. Very safe building with only a handful of apartments and nice neighbors. The only downside is that we don’t have washer and dryer in unit, but at least the laundry room in the garage is well maintained. Great building, great property manager, great location.

Weve lived here for about 4 years and overall we are quite happy with it. Especially since the new owners took over and brought on the most amazing property manager ever! Maria is phenomenal. Its a small and cute building with 9 apartments. We love our bay window overlooking the park. Great access to multiple parks and a very safe residential area in burbank. Love that its walking distance from all the great shops and restaurants on magnolia and toluca lake. Its a great location in general. The only two negatives are that the walls are not so noise proof (but i guess thats apartment living) so you definitely can here your neighbors and the windows are old and not energy efficiant. But other than that we love it here.
