I've lived here for a year and am continuing to live here for the next year. I love the patio; having an outdoor space is really nice. The new floors and paint job are great. Bathroom is great. The rooms are spacious; the kitchen is a little small. We do have a decent amount of maintenance issues just because it is an old house.

The staff is a lot of times unresponsive, especially through phone calls. Maintenance people are rude and most of the time do not fix the problem.

The property itself is a bit old, meaning that a lot of maintenance is required but the maintenance team is unreliable. Other than that, the value of the property for the area that it is in is pretty good.

There is one person from the staff that is very helpful and does all the communication. The leasing team lacks communication and does not seem to care about the human beings living in the apartment. I still have unresponsive emails until these days.
