This is my first apartment and i am honestly so thankful for how accomodating and helpful everyone has been since moving in. The complex is always clean and safe. I have had no issues other than regular wear and tear maintenance in which the property manager and staff has been able to fix very timely. Everything has been amazing. I love it here.

The latest management company ICC says they are here to help. The reality is otherwise. They seem to be focused on resale value of the complex, but not how the actions affect the tenants.
