I have been here four months and I have experienced struggles in getting information and things that should have been done when I moved in. I repeatedly asked for a washroom key, an entry clicker and it took all three months to get the information to set up this portal. The pool was open only 2 days for the summer. The gym is not apparent because it is in the main office. The tenants need to be reminded of the leash law for dogs. My understanding the staffing issues are due to the building manager being out on maternity leave and having temps fill in. I have since spoken to the main manager to rectify and discuss the shortcomings. I am hoping the issues will be resolved soon. Overall, it is not a bad place. It just seems to need a few tweaks.
