There is never any guest parking because residents park in guest parking and property management does not monitor it. They are only concerned about "Future Resident" spots because they personally park in those areas. Other than that, residents can avoid paying for parking by parking there and then guests have no where to park when they visit. Trash chutes smell down the hallways, they keep saying they are going to have them cleaned but they have not cleaned them. Amenities are decent, wish the gym was bigger but there is not much they can do about that, it is good enough for not having to pay a membership elsewhere. Pool/rooftop is nice, and the business center is a good place to work when WFH. There is a theater but it never works when trying to use it. They are trying to have more community events which is nice too.

I love living here at 1818 Platinum Triangle. It's a great location, great residents and staff. The two things that this apartment building can improve on is creating more guest parking or managing the guest parking. There's only about 6 guest spots that are usually filled with the same car for weeks on end. Another thing I would love to see more of is additions to the amenities such as the fire pit on the second floor common area to work, and add tvs by the rooftop pool/bbq pit area. Also, would be cool to negotiate with Angels stadium for discounted tickets due to the noise of the fans arriving and leaving.

If you are looking for urban living with plenty to do in the area, this is the perfect property. The largest apartments you will find in the area with a decent rate. The maintenance staff is amazing and responsive. The amenities could use some love/ attention, but the gym is great.

Love this place. Would be even better with a new pool table in the club room its getting a little torn up. Also, if the lamp in the projector in the screening room could be replaced so we cam use the screen that would be awesome.
