It’s a cool spot

Hampton Pointe apartments is pretty cool when it comes to a lot of things. For a 2 bed 2 bath, we feel it’s competitive enough with the market. The market itself is heavily inflated… nothing we can do about that. As for living space its perfect for a small family or a bachelor(lette) pad. The noise varies as it is located next to the 5 freeway, also the Anaheim Stadium, and Disneyland so we hear the fireworks every night. Parking is ok except at night when everyone is back from work. We have some residents that hog the “open” hanger spots but its not a dire problem. I am a early riser, so when I’m off work at 3PM. I tend to find a parking spot. For Parking i have a bias standpoint. Staff is nice, Maintenance is fast responding and all live on the grounds. All in all, we like it here at Hampton Pointe.

Nice place to live

Parking is a great challenge. Most people living in an apartment are not living alone, however, we are only allowed one parking space. The second spot has to have a permit but no guarantee on finding a spot. And often all spaces are full. This is the biggest down of Hampton Pointe. And its a bug one. Maintenance people are great. Friendly and attentive and respectful. I’d say they are the best part. However, there is often a lot of animal waste around. Probably from the cats that are fed by neighbors. This is also a problem. Must watch where you walk. It is expensive rent and is raised yearly. Also not great. Location is very good. Very central.

New resident and loving it

1 month in and everything has been smooth sailing so far: great parking spot, responsive and helpful office staff, and maintenance is very quick and friendly. My dog loves it here too and all of the neighbors I’ve met so far have been so nice and respectful of noise
