Overall, my wife and I have enjoyed living here. It's in a decent location, has a nice pool to swim in, and a pretty decent little courtyard that our cat likes to explore. In terms of value, I think it is a bit expensive for what it is but then again, so is most of Scottsdale now. Any time we have had any maintenance issues, it has been taken care of in a timely and proper manner. The parking situation is not so good, most people have 2 cars in this apartment, and it is a bit of an older building that was most likely designed at a time when it was normal to have a single car per household. Not a huge deal, but some people have had issues finding parking at night. The units are all updated with nice cabinets and new appliances. They did a nice job remodeling, but the insulation is very poor and the summer heat gets in very easily and you end up spending a ton of money on AC (single pane windows). Overall, I think the property is pretty nice and I am happy here.
