Pest and bug spray is the biggest issue!!

The lights that stay on continuously throughout the night next to our doors causes a huge swarm of gnats, flys, moths, mosquitos, and beetles and they are getting into my house from the crack in the door. I apparently pay for pest and bug control but I spend most of my night killing bugs in my house. I’m sure the people with no lights near the door are great but this is just a serious problem.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

The location of this complex is the best with everything you need for shopping and entertainment as well as the fact that it is in the middle of the city right next to the 51. These units hold great value in terms of what you get per dollar. Bigger space with lower rent levels than I have seen around the value. Neighbors are nice and there aren't to many kids running around which is nice as it is quiet.

Great Place

All the neighbors are very friendly, the maintenance is wonderful and does things in a timely manor. Definitely need more visitor parking, but other than that a good place to rent
