Wonderful Place
I have lived here for a very long time (I believe 2002) 3 different management companies, some of the things I have seen are wonderful improvements. However there are something that seems to be very much lacking. A couple former residents that moved out stated to me one major concern was security. Now when I’d moved in way back when security was very much present, even when Graystar was here security was fantastic, when MEB took over Linda had very good security now in a very longtime security has basically disappeared I’d have seen any security myself. Now that a new company merged with MEB or MEB merged with with this new company, theirvare some improvements are being made. Which is fascinate. In my opinion the mural on the rental office was a waste of funds, the new signage is great hopefully we will see at night when deliverys are made, ,my main concerns are Security hope this really improves now that the weather is cooling down homeless may stop trespassing, but come summer will increase big time again. the Parking lot needs to be redone completely, you can dig it up in sections residents can park on the street while the new pavement is being cured, than move on to the next section etc., I believe that when the Metrocenter Mall area becomes active with new housing, apartments and new shopping, how is Villa Toscana going to compete with new apartments, this complex is i guess 50 years old. I can’t see rent increases compared with new apartments at all even with market surveys. I enjoy living here, everything is so close by which is fantastic, plus the buses stops are very close by.

Josh loves living here!! Office staff was absolutely fabulous for our move it!! We had a lot of travel, etc going on before the move and Violet and Theresadid an amazing job
Nice
I have lived here since 2001, the staff is totally awesome, there are somethings that need to be worked on, however I can’t see myself living somewhere else. Shopping is very close, my doctors offices are close by some restaurants are close by and bus transportation is close by what more can a person ask for.
It’s Decent
It’s not a bad place to live. Great location, there’s a little bit of everything close by.
Cozy
Villa Toscana is a fairly quiet and cozy place to live. Violeta in the front office was extremely sweet and helpful when I was moving in. Maintenance responds to maintenance requests very quickly, but do not always call in advance when they say they will. My AC went out and they came in to check it the next day, had a new unit installed the next week and still provided a portable AC unit in the meantime. I have had no pest issues since moving in 3 and a half months ago which is rare in this area. Just some sketchy people walking around early in the mornings if the side gates get left open, but that's not management's fault, more so the residents' fault. Its also odd how far away my reserved parking spot is away from my unit, I'm not sure if other people have the same issue. Overall a good complex to live in.
