It’s a nice quiet place to live. Convience to stores and hobbies I liked living here. It’s a very nice place per friendly and some tenants have nice pets.

Spent five years living here. I cannot recommend living in this apartment due to inadequate and predatory management practices. I had to pull teeth to get management to refund me an erroneous $300 repair charge on my move-out, which involved me having to call them weekly for nearly two months, a visit to the office to literally speak to the manager and two submitted requests to upper management before they to actually agree to the refund. 6/12 Edit: it has been two months since my move out and as of this update I still have not received my $300 refund check for their erroneous bathtub resurfacing fee. When I contacted the apartment complex their community manager informed me that that they had not yet issued or sent the check out yet. This has been two weeks since they agreed to issue the refund check. I have now issued a formal complaint with the State AG regarding this matter. Know your tenants rights!! "The general rule is that all repair work that must be done as a result of "normal wear and tear" is to be paid by the landlord. In other words, the landlord may NOT deduct from the security deposit for things that are simply getting old or worn from correct use. This is a cost of doing business as a landlord." "On the other side of the equation, landlords charge a price for someone to occupy their property and they are responsible for the normal deterioration or wear that one would expect to see from having someone living in a property. Maintenance costs are just part of engaging in a business that provides a property for which a business collects rent from those occupying that property."
