Property maintenance

The landscaping is lacking. Lots of plants and trees are dead or dying. The ones that are healthy are way overgrown. They haven't been pruned in a very long time. A lot of the property lighting on the inside of the property is not working. We recently had a dead tree branch fall during a storm and bring down the string lighting by building 1 and 3. the string is still hanging in the corner of the buildings. Just my observations. Thanks for listening. John

Beautifully landscaped and quiet place

The Bella is truly a best kept secret. It is very well landscaped and you feel like you are up in north Arizona with the tall pine trees that line the property. It is really a relaxing place to live after all the chaos you have to deal with at work.

Great Place to live!!

This place is so comfortable I could not see myself living anywhere else. I love that my apartment faces the gardens and not the parking lot! Although is a little old it feels good to live here. If I could buy my apartment, I would.
