Decent location, but

The neighbors are all way too nosy. The maintenance people work a lot harder than the people in the office. They have charcoal grills. It's really close to the gayborhood.

A Good Place

I moved in here roughly a year ago. Aside from hot water issues, a single power outage, not so great laundry facilities/options, and the REALLY occasional (I mean like 3 times) roach, I have enjoyed living here. There is a lot of open space and the units are really cute. The only real issue I’ve had with my unit is that the closet doors are angled and don’t close all the way/come off the rail a lot and the shower curtain rod is very loose on the wall. However, for the price and the location that you get, it is all worth it. It is my first apartment and I will likely be renewing. The leasing staff is friendly and they are generally quick to respond to maintenance calls. I wish there were additional amenities, but they are working on putting in a gym and a clubhouse, which is exciting. There is so much to do around this area and it is in a quiet, tucked away space despite being Right next to Camelback Road. Additionally, the open parking is pretty nice because people can come and go as they please. It has its cons, but everywhere does and it’s a decent place to live.
