We are a pet friendly community.  There is a non refunable pet fee of $400.00 and a monthly pet rent of $25.00.  There is a maxium of 2 pets allowed per unit.  Non aggressive breeds only allowed.  No dog park. Examples of such animals are dogs, cats, small aquarium size fish, and small birds. Snakes, spiders, lizards, reptiles, and rodents are prohibited Breed Restrictions: Aggressive dog breeds are prohibited, including: Rottweilers Chows Dobermans Akitas Pit Bulls **No fees for Service/ESA Animals however must be approved via a third party screening company.
