I have been here for a little over a year. Like that everything is included except the power. Love having valet trash, just open door and set outside, then its gone! The Ladies in the office are very nice. Anytime I have had a small maintenance problem they have sent someone to fix within a day. Very quiet for most part, and neighbors are friendly when you see them.
