Great place to call home.

I have resided at Bentwood Apartments for 3 years. I like the convenience to the interstate and access to nearby stores. The office staff is great at responding to any issue you may have. The maintenance staff (Kyle) is always visible in the complex and is awesome at taking care of any problem in my unit. Put in a request he is there the next day to fix it. I have referred several people to Bentwood who were disappointed to find out there were no available units. This is a community of working people and friendly seniors and a great place to live.

Home!

Love it here!!! I did prefer the previous property manager, but there have not been significant changes to the quality of life here. Very close to pretty much anything you'd need to get to and the area is surprisingly quiet. Lots of families here and no crazies ?? Kyle the maintenance engineer is AMAZING!!! All requests are handled very quickly and thoroughly. Anything he can't fix is replaced quickly.
