Applicants cannot have an unpaid balance with their current landlord or mortgage holder unless paid in full before approval. Unpaid balances with previous landlords may also impact your approval. Previous evictions are factored into your credit history. We require 2 years of positive rental history. We verify previous addresses, and your rental verification must match.

Honest review

Makntenance takes a LONG time to get back to you. Ive had 4 plumbing issues in 6 month tineframe. They have a 24 hour call number but neber return calls or requests in weekends. The rent is a llt higher than it should be for the area. The admin staff on site dont return calls or emails.
