Lots of things in the apartment need updating and repair. The shower is tile and call caulking Is not in good shape. The vent fan is noisy and has not been cleaned in about 10 years. The carpet is loose and needs to be tightened. The linoleum in the kitchen floor has several tears in it.

CV @ Trussville

My partner and I have enjoyed our time at CV @ Trussville. The surrounding area has everything you could need and its all within a 15 minute drive. The staff here are all very friendly and take amy issue you bring to them seriously. If you have a pest control issue, your apartment is put on a weekly list and pest control will come out every week your on the list. The one downside is the noise. Its very easy to hear your upstairs neighbors and if you live up against a busy road, you get road noise 24/7 which can be annoying at times. We definitely recommend CV @ Trussville!
