Anthony V., the newest Abberly at Southpoint Maintenance Team Member, went beyond the call of duty during a partial power outage on May 27, 2024. He was in the service truck early in the morning to patrol the area and take appropriate action to make sure residents' safety and convenience were taken care of. Our apartment lost power beginning at @ 5AM for seven hours. Anthony propped open the doors requiring an electronic code so residents wouldn't be locked out. On another matter, I called the emergency community number with a maintenance request and left a message. Anthony returned my call within two minutes and gave me the instructions and guidance I needed. It is reassuring to know that a maintenance team member like Anthony is available to provide outstanding service to Abberly at Southpoint residents.

    5/5 J.C. on Jan 5, 2024

The events hosted by the office staff and maintenance team are fun and the food is a great way to meet other residents. The manager, Victoria, sets the pace and is the life of the party. I always look forward to them.
