Great units, location, maintenance team, amenities, price point, and management staff. Some improvements I can think of is the turn-around time for the management staff to get back to the residents, maybe some community events or outreach, or community partnership type stuff. Overall, this place has been great!

I have lived here for five years and it has mostly been a positive experience. However, there have been occasions when I felt that I was not being heard when I complained about inconsiderate, noisy upstairs neighbors.
