I absolutely love this community and already feel at home right after move in. Everyone is so nice and the apartments are beautiful. The front office staff is also incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely want you to feel welcome.

Very pleased with staff and living experience.

Lived here approximately 2 weeks. Terrace apartment, which is super accommodating for handicapped husband. Very quiet and staff is so helpful. First time living in apartment complex so I have many questions and everyone is so generous with their time in responding. Highly recommend that you take a tour and check it out!

2 years. Nice and quiet (minus the train). Apartments are fairly priced for location and size. Only downside is that appliances are mediocre (i.e. washer not great, oven takes a long time to pre-heat).

Great place to live

My family and I enjoy living at maa cobblestone! It’s family friendly, dog breed friendly, and don’t have to deal with noisy neighbors. The leasing and maintenence staff are very friendly which always makes life a bit easier.

MAA Cobblestone

I love everything about living at Cobblestone for the last 2 years. Walking distance to shopping, parks with playgrounds, tennis and pickleball, a national park, restaurants, train, medical. and university. The cherry on top here is the staff. They kind, accessible and responsive. Together they have created a community at Cobblestone. The neighbors are great too.
