I have lived here about 2 months. There have only been minimal issues and each has been addressed quickly, courteously and completely. The apartment in perfect for me and has a courtyard view which I love. It is quite quiet and located in a peaceful area of Central Park. Wouldn't even know you were that close to everything. Highly recommend

I have lived here for several years, and unfortunately, the quality continues to decrease. There are no improvements to the apartments or community but prices continue to rise.
