We've been living here for 2 years now, just having renewed into our 3rd year recently. The staff, events, and amenities are great, but our largest complaint would be the parking situation. There aren't enough spots for both residents or visitors. Being in one of the apartments furthest from the clubhouse where the majority of the visitor-designated spots reside, it's hard for our older and more mobility-impaired family members to want to visit when they need to make the trek all the way down to our building from the main area. As for us residents, on multiple occasions after getting home in the later hours due to work, we've had to park buildings away from our own home because there weren't any spots nearby to use. We would just appreciate a more concrete and friendly parking situation above all else. Everything else has been subpar, save for a few noisy neighbors, and we definitely love our cozy apartment in the heart of Alum Springs and, a little further up the road, Central Park.
