I believe since the new owners took over things have gotten better. The new renovations have been great. Some things should have been done and never got done until the new owners came.

I have enjoyed living in Tarditi Commons for 5 years. First, I want to say that the location is spectacular!! I LOVE walking around town and having a grocery stores, pharmacy store, restaurants, etc within walking distance. It is affordable, though I find the yearly rent increases to be high at these times when all daily living costs are expensive, especially on a fixed income. Our manager, Amiee, is helpful, thoughtful, kind, cares about us and is quick to respond to maintenance and even some personal issues. The residents are friendly. The building is dated and needs a refresh. Carpeting in the main hallways on every floor are worn, stained and cannot be cleaned. Repainting in hallways in lighter colors is long overdue and would be a great improvement. The property is lovely and has great potential for landscaping improvements. The parking situation was poorly planned way back when the building was built as they didn’t plan on every unit needing a parking space. I think that the parking lot has room for several more spaces to accommodate everyone if it was redesigned. New, more efficient laundry machines for so many folks would be a nice improvement as well. A laundry sink to access water to clean up spills would be a plus. I would love to see a safer way to walk outside from the front of the property to the amazing back property where a patio for safe sitting outside would be a generous improvement! Overall, living here makes great sense for my needs in a comfortable safe community! I’m glad to be living here. Thanks for taking the time to review my thoughts!

As such, the area experiences long, warm, and humid summers and cold and snowy winters, with plenty of precipitation throughout the year.
