Needs to work on pest control Replace old carpet and sinks and other old bad quality pieces

New owners are fixing these old building but parkkng should be one of the top priorities and not setting up electric car charger. Washer and dryers should be upgraded as well, majority of them dont work.

I’ve lived here for over 7 years. It’s a great dog community that’s more suitable for dog lovers. There aren’t really any valuable ammenities available, and the rent prices are increasing while the quality of maintenance continues to decline. It would probably benefit the owners to set up an incentive program to discount rent for tenant volunteers to help keep the grounds clean and also to start a community garden to help tenants get more involved with maintaining the property they live in. As of right now, the state of the property doesn’t seem to justify the rent prices but the property itself is ok for a temporary situation.

I have been here 6 years and though new owners took over. Management stayed and made Wood Edge an even better place to live. I would recommend anyone who has a pet, and children to come here to live. The walls are dound proof you cannot hear your neighbors unless renovations are taking place.

So not happy right now. Karen is the nicest staff member. Maintenance men are nice but nothing gets done in a timely manner.
