Cigarette smoke unbearable!

I have asthma. Tenants in our building are smoking in their apartment, and right outside the front door. They are violating their lease. I am forced to breath someone else's cigarette smoke every day! It is a health concern, and a fire hazard. It needs to be addressed.

Great and quiet place to live

Ive lived here for 3 years and love the location. Parking can be a challenge sometimes though. My only con is that unit could use some upgrades mainly my bathroom
