I have been a resident at Pleasant Valley Apartments for almost 6.5 years. I love it here. The location is excellent, and rentals are within the norm. Also, the landlord controls the heat, and it is FREE. That's a big plus. They have updated many apartments as tenants move out. They include a washer and dryer, along with updated bathrooms, etc. Maintenance staff is fantastic. Everything always gets fixed promptly. It's quiet here where my building is located, along wth the other buildings around me. I can't speak for the rest of the buildings towards the front of the complex. We have a new property manager (Monica) who is doing a great job improving the look and feel of the property—improvements both inside and out. Overall, I have no issues with living here at Pleasant Valley Apts., and I intend to stay here for many more years. I think it's worth checking it out.

I have asthma. Tenants in our building are smoking in their apartment, and right outside the front door. They are violating their lease. I am forced to breath someone else's cigarette smoke every day! It is a health concern, and a fire hazard. It needs to be addressed.
