The Residences at Manchester Place has been a wonderful place to live for the past 2 years! I highly recommend living here. I moved to Manchester from Illinois for my graduate program and when I was researching places to live in the area, The Residences stood out to me. Staff – The staff are so kind, welcoming, and helpful! I cannot say enough about Allysa, Nancy, and our maintenance staff. You will not find a location with better people; they go above and beyond to help you. They are very responsive to any questions and are always happy to help you. The building is clean and well kept. The courtyard is nicely maintained. Location – They are in a prime location in Downtown Manchester, walking distance from many delicious restaurants, coffee cafes, cute local shops/bookstores, and bars. It is conveniently located one block away from my school. Location was very important to me when selecting an apartment since I brought my dog with me. For all the dog lovers considering moving to downtown Manchester, there are some very nice nearby parks to walk your dog – My favorites: Livingston Park, Stark Park, and Lake Massabesic. Apartment – I lived in a one-bedroom apartment with my dog. My favorite part about the apartments were the floor to ceiling windows. I loved all the natural light. The apartments are spacious with lots of storage and room. The apartments are updated and have new laminated wood flooring. (I will attach photos that I took from my apartment shortly after I moved in) Parking garage – Another selling point is the gated parking garage, which has been wonderful especially during the winter months. I had a garage opener to gain access and they only provide them to their residences. I have never had any issues with finding a parking spot near my level. I have always felt safe in the parking garage. For visitors, there is street parking, and you can contact the office for a parking pass for your guests if they wish to park in the garage.

The apartment is in the middle of the city and most of the things are available nearby in walking distance. The amenities provided are wonderful and are maintained neatly. The people are good here and the management are very responsible. They have solved all the issues within the time. I am grateful for choosing this apartment and will not regret.y decision. This was one of best decisions to stay here.

Windsor terrace was great, very communicative up until they got the $4500 deposit. Once moved in, all communication ceased. Complained about piles of dog poop all around my deck they I stepped in when moving in. Nothing was done. They DO NOT enforce residents to clean up after their dogs and the maintenance most certainly clean it up. Its disgusting. Maintenance left trash in my basement for me to discard (from old temants) Brian also left a lawn size trash bag in my closet with all of the old blinds and trash in it. Bathroom fans are constantly falling off. I will not bother to call maintentce for anything so good thing I am handy. Orher than that, the place is comfy and beautiful.

My husband and I lived at Heritage at the River for a year, and we moved out, because we were led to believe (by a first time home buyers program) that we were going to get into a house, so we could not bring ourselves to signing another years lease and then have to break that lease, but needless to say, we did not get into a house, so after months of searching for an apartment we reapplied at Heritage at the River and got and apartment there again. We love living here, the people, the neighborhood, and the amenities here are great. The staff and maintenance crew are great. I want to thank Kelly in the office, she went above and beyond to help us get into our new home and for that we will be forever grateful. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for an apartment.
