Nice Apartments
Been living here just under a year. Great location, with lots of stuff to do and places to eat within walking distance. Almost no issues with noise. The building is historic but with modern niceties. With the building being very old there have been some problems with insulation, but those have been very minor. My only complaint would be that the main parking lot fills up very fast, with the overflow parking on the other side of the apartment sometimes coming close to filling up as well. Working shift work makes it sometimes challenging to find a parking spot, but there are usually a couple spots somewhere, I will just need to walk a little further.
