Lived here for over a year. The parking situation is complicated once you understand it and your guests cars are subject to being towed. Management sides with it's contractors over you. Smoking in the building is prolific and it spills into apartments where windows are unable to be opened. The location is great and the amenities are in good shape.

The amenities are great! The walls are paper thin though. Location is in the center of the city, nearby to everything.
