The St George School is a former elementary school and is on the National Register of Historic Places. It has been meticulously restored with unique architectural designs and a variety of studios, one, two and three bedroom floor plans. Each apartment has a unique floor plan. Studio, one, two and three bedroom units are available at these sites. Studios range in size from 380 to 392 square feet, one bedrooms are 560 to 660 square feet, two bedrooms are 724 to 895 square feet and three bedrooms are 1050 to 1052 square feet in size.  Renting is easy here! We have done away with the traditional Security Deposit and now offer a very low cost alternative. It's called a non-refundable Lease Term Bond. The cost is just $299.
