From the moment I moved in, I've been incredibly impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. The staff is so friendly and always available to help with anything I need. They make you feel right at home from the day you tour. The amenities are fantastic! The pool in the courtyard is relaxing, and I love having access to the fitness center 24/7, which is always clean and well-maintained. There's also a beautiful lounge area that's perfect for hosting friends or relaxing after a long day. The apartment itself is spacious, warm, and filled with a sense of home because of the intentional design elements like the hard wood plank floors. The kitchen is my favorite part — it’s perfect for cooking and entertaining! I also really appreciate the neighbors I have; it's so quiet and peaceful here, even though it's conveniently located near shops and restaurants and across from Truist Stadium. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly, and I feel like the community really cares about its residents. The grounds are well-kept, and there’s always something fun happening, whether it’s a resident event or a seasonal activity in the area. Overall, this is by far the best apartment living experience I’ve had, and I’m so happy I found this community. If you’re looking for a place that combines convenience, comfort, and excellent service, this is it! Highly recommend! ??????????

It was going to be temporary because I had just moved here from out of state and have a house in Calabash. I needed a place for work in Greensboro just off the 68, but since then it has declined, still a great value because they have not increased rent as much as I thought they would in 6 years. It really just needs sprucing up and the apartments could use a remodel, they really show their age

Anonymous on Apr 30, 2023I can not get straight answer on pricing and the maintenance is untruthful. They claimed to have fixed things that they did not even attempt to fix. This made me very uncomfortable. My apartment was not cleaned before moving in. I had to deep clean the refrigerator and the bathrooms. Things were not replaced as they should have been. Not off to a good start with the constant price change with pet fees when asked management I have gotten three different prices and then a monthly bill added to the pricing the last time I asked.
