Since moving into Rover Oaks in August we have had all of our needs met. It is close to all of my girlfriend and I's current needs, is affordable, and is well kept. Maintenance is incredibly responsive and the grounds crew does a great job throughout every season making sure residents are safe. Staff is always friendly and prompt in their communication. We've had no complaints since moving in.
