I have been living here for 2 years with my husband. We love the apartment itself, and the location is good for both of us for work. Our only complaint has been with the leasing office. We have encountered several rude employees in the leasing office, have had issues with leasing office not responding, and feel that when we have brought up the occasional complaint/issue, we were brushed off instead of helped.

When I first moved in the office staff was friendly and helpful and they made everyone feel welcome. Since the complex changed ownership, we have not felt that same feeling. I feel that with how much we spend in rent, there should be more done on the landscape. Maintenance staff is great.
