It's alright

I have been here for two years now and my lawn is still a dirt patch, gutters still filled with leaves and pine needles for the 1,450 a month I feel like the property could look alot nicer then it does currently.

I have lived here for one year. I do like it here, but I question if the rent is the best cash value.

Great place!

I just moved in last weekend but I know this is where I will stay! It is so quiet and well taken care of. Alicia is fantastic...very sweet and professional. I have had maintenance here a couple of times and Josh is awesome! He is so polite and focused on his job. The location is fantastic! I am very happy to call this place home!
