Nice Community and Apartment
I've lived at Sterling Lake for 1yr and I am renewing my lease for another year. I like that the pool and fitness center aren't very far and the neighbors aren't loud at all. My apartment is very up to date and cozy with all the amenities I need. I do wish that the main entrance door to my building would close and lock properly. Sometimes its fine other times it doesn't close and lock so anyone can just walk into the building. Other than that it's great.

I have lived here for almost a year now and have no complaints at all. Very affordable updater two bedroom with a washer and dryer in unit. I have had no issues with any lther residents with noise or anything. Everyone in my apartement building is polite and respectful for one another. The staff is great ans the maintenance guys are great also. Any concerns i have that need to be fixed are fixed in a timely matter. The maintenance guys are great to talk with and easy goong and one if the things i havent had at other apartments as these guys understand apartment living and what needs to be done quickly. I would recommend this apartment for everyone.
