Residents have full -size GE energy saver appliances, as well as the convenience of coin-operated onsite washers and dryers. Every unit at Sue Apartments has a balcony or patio for their enjoyment. All units also come with large private storage closets in a spacious basement. Tenants are responsible for water ($30month flat fee), gas and electric. Calm clean quiet
I have only been living here about 2 and a half mounths but i have no complaints with the amenities the staff is great the other tenants are very respectful and quiet all around great value for the pirce range
