Very Happy Resident

City Flats is a great option for high standard apartment living. Convenient location, spacious apartments, with up to date appliances and well kept community spaces. The only thing missing is a pool on the rooftop! Gym is a bit small and could really benefit from Treadmill. Great location. Great building management - professional, responds quickly to needs, etc.

modern great location

I have lived here a year and planning a long term stay. The apartment is light airy and modern. The storage between the garage and cages downstairs can't be matched. I enjoy being close to downtown and the immediate surrounding facilities. Management is responsive although I have had little need to contact them. The other residents are friendly but not intrusive.

Nice but neighbors are very loud

Some tenants like to have parties late until the night and the previous manager wouldn't do anything about it. He has since moved and a new manager has started, hopefully she will not put up with parties going until 2 or 3am. The previous manager told us to deal with it ourselves and ask the other tenants to keep it down.
