3 Bedroom Apartments for Rent in Idaho

We have been here for a month and have been extremely pleased here at at the Clara! The property is well maintained, the staff have been excellent responding to small issues. The noise level is minimal (hard to control a barking dog next door) The facilities are meticulous and beautiful! The maintenance staff do a fantastic job! We appreciate the friendliness of the staff, having conversations with Esmerelda, Bree and Heidi! I highly recommend this apartment complex with zero reservations.

I enjoy living here because its dog friendly, has outside activities, and close to the greenbelt.

Watercooler aparments are a great place to feel like you are downtown without the chaos. the rooms are very nice and perfect for any living situation. I have felt at home and very clean. Parking could be better considering spaces to purchase are limited and the rest is street parking. other than that it is great

This place has been great place to live if you need to be close to downtown. Feels safe, walking distance to anywhere downtown.

I have lived here for 2.5 yrs and what I like about this place is that the layout of the apartments is really good, especially the 2B/2B ones. There is no noise from main street and the complex is right next to Greenbelt and Boise river. Also, lot of the apartments come with covered garage (with shutter doors) within the same building. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The maintenance crew at Columbia Village has been consistently responsive to the upkeep needs in our apartment. I placed 5 requests last week and everything was taken care of before the week was out. We really appreciate knowing that our request will be attended to in a timely manner.

We absolutely love it here! The community is quiet and clean! The office staff is so friendly and always willing to help! The ammenities are amazing as Well!! I highly recommend living here!!
