Perfect for small families
This place has its quirks just like any apartment complex. The location is perfect, especially for night the races have fireworks! It shockingly itsnt too noisey with the races because the businesses create a little buffer for the noise. Its a decent amount of space for a small family of 2-4. Could do with better light fixture placemwnt and have ceiling fams in the upstaira to help cool down upstairs, since the only AC is downstairs. I like how quiet it is here and how all the children love to play together outside.

Nice place
Meridian apartments are a nice plce to live and people are nice (neighbors), sometimes the maintenance for the common areas like laundries or dumpsters areas take to long to clean or get fixed
