The new property manager and maintenance manager work hard on getting things done in a quick and efficient manner. The new property manager is fair and very knowledgeable. The maintenance staff of "one" is constantly on the go and very friendly with residents. Although property is in a transition, I look forward for what is to come. Keep up the great work Samantha and Dennis.
