This place is sinking. In the 9 years of living here. Why has the property manager try to put a stop to some of the residents who are pot smokers. It’s a total disaster. It is the property manager responsibility. Northwest needs to change their priorities.

It's ok. We have yet to have an established member of management on the premises. It's very hard to reach maintenance. The residents do not pick up after their dogs.

It’s been 7 years since living in this building. The landscaping is nice for one thing and the green belt too. The only complaint is the bratty children that live and their parents are unwilling to do anything about it. About half of these bratty children are thieves!! Also this place is supposed to be a smoke free building and you guys allow smokers in this place. There are other residents who have severe health issues and are allergic to smoke. You guys need enforce a more tougher and more powerful restrictions for the residents that smoke.
