Well nothing has changed since my mom and I left this place last month. I have been informed by few of the residents that still live there. They have complained that the their rent has gone up too much and they are on housing vouchers. That is not okay. Not everyone has this kind of money to pay up to a $1000 a month. Anyone who is on a fixed income should careful with who they pick on. It’s almost harder on the elderly people. Ladonna needs to change her attitude when it comes to the residents requesting repairs in their units. Especially the elderly people. She needs to show a little more respect for the elderly people.

Things are still getting worse by the minute everyday. Residents here have been complaining about having their packages stolen. Also the property manager still won’t do anything about it and the ones who are pot smokers!! Other residents here have severe allergies. So the ones who smoke need to try be more respectful. Second floor is the worse for the pot smoking. Plus some of the residents here are leaving the stairways messy.

Pot smoking is gotten a whole lot worse since last year. Second and third floor is the worse for the pot smoking. The property is just too lazy to anything done. One of the residents here has one child here and he loves to slam the front door and the cabinets. That is not okay.

It’s sounds like NorthWest still don’t really care about the liability of the residents here who are handicapped. The pot smoking is still getting much much worse. How can few of the residents here who are pot smokers read their leases and it clearly says do not smoke in your unit at all. Especially second floor is worse for pot smoking. The new property manager LaDonna is not being very very helpful at all. She won’t even make eye contact with any of the residents here at all.

Things are still getting worse every day and every time someone is pot smoking and not picking up after theirs dogs. The current property manager is very very shady. She won’t even make eye contact with any of the residents here. They need to put security cameras in the hallways.

This place is going down hill. The pot smoking is still getting worse. People who won’t pick up after their pets is a disgrace. The stairways are always messy. No one bothers to clean the stairways up.
