In today's times, it is a blessing to have been in the Rock Creek Springs Apts community for 15 plus years. This is a testament to the property owners, staff, and our neighbors who all make up an empowering community! The maintenance staff are excellent and do care about the maintaining and correcting any issues on property or that the particular tenant may have. The office staff has taken good care with assisting with questions or assistance as needed in various situations for all these years!! That is important to me as a tenant!! I am happy to have found a home at Rock Creek Springs. The buildings and grounds are lovely and well maintained. The staff is wonderful and responsive. The pool is an incredible amenity. My only wish is for more resident parking.

I have lived in the Manor at Colesville for almost four years. My neighbors are friendly, and respectful and we work together as a community. The management staff is very professional and responsive to community members and their needs. Even during the pandemic every effort has been made to keep us safe. I would recommend Manor at Colesville to any senior looking for a very warm and friendly community environment.

The location near downtown silver spring is nice. Most things downtown are within walking distance and there is a nice park nearby. There are occasionally some sketchy characters walking around the area from nearby apartments and the downtown area. I never feared for my life, but never felt completely safe either. My 1 bedroom apartment was over 800 sq. ft. for $1600 a month. When you factor in the location, that's a very fair price. The apartment offers little amenities, but do not try and make it seem like they do. They are up front and honest about the fact that the outside picnic/barbecue areea is really the only true amenity the apartment offers. However, the nearby parks and basketball courts provide plenty of possible recreational activities anyway. Whenever I put in a maintenance request it was taken care of very quickly. All three that I had were minor, but they were all completed well and were done within a few days at the most. The staff is fairly responsive to questions but will occasionally miss an email here and there. Very friendly and willing to make conversation. The property manager, Kimberly, actually does remember a fair amount about me (despite there being over 100 residents here) and always seems to ask about how I'm doing and some (non-intrusive) specifics about things we've talked about prior. She most certainly does the best she can to keep up with her tenants and keep them informed. All of the apartments have hardwood floors and the walls are somewhat thin. Depending on who your neighbors are, it could become quite noisy. The thinner walls also have an effect on AC/Heat in the winter and summer months (I found it being very warm in my apartment in the summer because my neighbors must have liked it much warmer than myself. The thermostat worked and so did the AC). Apartments also become very humid in the summer.

The building has lost its calm. Too much solicitation for the the garage especially for disable people. Too much overnight noise.

Been living here about three months so far and it's been great. Love my spacious studio. This building has some of the best value for the space you get. It's an old building and doesn't have many amenities, but they upkeep it well. Haven't had any pests issues in my units. It can be loud sometimes, but that's pretty much anywhere in Downtown Silver Spring.

New to the location. Had a issue with the garage door, maintenance was on it in less than 30 minutes. Building is immediately across from Metro station. Staff are intelligent, and helpful.

I am new resident and I must say, so far this has been a seamless experience from start to finish. I love my new apartment. The staff and management took care of everything beyond expectations and I am finally settled and happy! Thanks Lenox Park & BMC
