Sheilaht C. on Oct 13, 2025Noise is poor...apartment doors slammed, people not observing "quiet hours" , (10 pm), cyclists revving motors (especially on weekends when management office is closed). Residents (in my building) not following lease policy regarding valet trash( neighbors set trash out on Friday's or some don't take in valet containers at all . I was told this property has security cameras. Most of the infractions, (re noise) is on weekends when management office is closed. If the only cameras are in the pool area and clubhouse, then I suggest additional ones.

The location is perfect, only a block or two from Publix or Walmart, plus other amenities such as Subway etc, Most of all, I need to compliment the manager (Samantha) who is amazing, including Sam plus now Amber. I can't leave out the immediate attention you get should you ever have a problem and need maintenance, Leon has been there for years and is on top of everything. So, if you are looking for a review, read this one!
Eric S. on May 8, 2019Courtney Bends is a great place to stay, it’s near a lot of stores, 95 South/North, eateries and more. Me and my wife moved out here in March 2018. We love it here. Parking sometimes at night is somewhat of an hassle, but we make it work.
